You couldn’t imagine a more illustrious team to set up a winery than Burgundy superstars Jacques Seyss (Domaine Dujac) and Aubert de Villaine (Domaine de la Romanée-Conti). In 1989, they started Domaine de Triennes high up in Provence's Var region. This is truffle and wine country, where vines have been grown for more than 2,000 years. Today, Domaine de Triennes produces some of the best wines in the region. Farming is certified organic, and Jacques' son Jeremy is the winemaker. Where better to source a definitive example of Provençal rosé? This is a classic, dry and delicate rosé with flavours of strawberry and wild flowers. The perfect accompaniment to a summer afternoon.
