Driving? L’Antidote is a non-alcoholic sparkling ‘wine’ made by the excellent Domaine des Grottes of Beaujolais. Organically grown Gamay grapes are pressed and the juice infused with a mix of fifteen herbs from the vineyard. A dash of fruit tea with apple, ginger and lemon is added. Off-dry, lightly carbonated and with a wild, savoury edge.
